Pegasys was hired to provide consulting and implementation services for a Leading property Development company in Hyderabad,India. As part of the Consulting services Pegasys evaluated the existing “as is” system for Lead Management,Campaign Management,Outlook Integration and Case Management and then mapped the existing system to fit in Zoho CRM to enhance Lead Management capability,Campaign management,Outlook Integration and Case Management.
Zoho CRM(http://crm.zoho.com) once gone live and used effectively by the current group of users will be rolled out to more users across the company for all the Customer relationship Management(CRM) activities.
